This group buy is a pre-order type setup. The deadline for this order is Monday 14May07. The entire order will be shipped out Friday 18May07 for delivery Saturday 19May07. All payments must be received (either by CC or paypal) by 16May07.

Shipping will be calculated after I see what has been ordered and will be applied per bag. For example, 150 bags shipped, and shipping amount is $150, your per bag cost is $1 for shipping. THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE! THIS IS NOT A QUOTE! EXAMPLE ONLY!!!! Also keep in mind that just because you ordered three different species doesn't mean you have three bags only. Some quantities on certain things require multiple bags. For example 100 scarlets would be in at least 4 bags.

I suggest ordering through the cart rather than emails or posting in threads. There is not much time before the deadline and info gets lost when passing through several different hands. I also recommend using a CC for your order because if you use PayPal it will force you to pay the shipping charges the cart quotes. If you pay by CC when I ship out the order I will adjust the shipping amount accordingly. Disregard any amount the cart says for shipping. The cart must assign a shipping value, theres no way around it. If you do use paypal, I will either refund the difference in shipping, or you may owe more than paid.

When placing your order you MUST, I repeat MUST include that you are a member of the DFWMAS. I do not have time to check up with people and figure out who is and who isn't part of the buy. If the info is not included, your order will not be with the clubs package.

Please remember that we're dealing with live product here. Availability is up to Mother Nature! Get your order in early in case there are quantity issues. Orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.
